Welcome to Fill Your Days. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fill Your Days ("Fill Your Days," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of fillyourdays.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Fill Your Days is a free, informational discovery tool that helps parents and guardians find family-friendly events and activities in Greater Toledo, Ohio, and other US metro areas. We aggregate event listings from public sources and official APIs and present them with personalized recommendations. We are not the organizer, host, seller, or operator of the events we list.

Accounts and Your Responsibilities

You can use much of the Service without an account. If you choose to create one (via email/password or "Sign in with Google"), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account
  • Be responsible for activity that happens under your account

Let us know promptly at hello@fillyourdays.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-extract our data, listings, or content using automated tools
  • Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our permission

Event Information — Provided "As Is"

Event details (dates, times, locations, prices, age ranges, descriptions, and availability) are aggregated from third-party sources and may include AI-rewritten descriptions. This information is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.

  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any event or listing.
  • Always confirm details directly with the venue or event organizer before making plans, traveling, or purchasing tickets.
  • We are not responsible for third-party events, venues, organizers, or their conduct, including cancellations, changes, refunds, safety, or your experience at any event.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service contains links to third-party websites and services (such as ticketing providers and venue pages). We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

Our content. The Fill Your Days name, logo, branding, design, original text, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or original content without our permission.

Event data. Underlying factual event information comes from third-party sources and official APIs (for example, Ticketmaster) and remains the property of its respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any listing or information will be accurate or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fill Your Days and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, your reliance on any event information, or your attendance at any third-party event. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any — which is generally zero. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to reasonably indemnify and hold harmless Fill Your Days and its operators from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Ohio, to the extent permitted by law.
