Yoga Poses in the Park at Olander Park
Join instructor Holly Cipriani for a gentle yoga session overlooking the serene waters of Lake Olander. This class welcomes participants of all experience levels and is open to anyone 16 and older. You'll have an hour to stretch, breathe, and find some calm in a beautiful outdoor setting. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, or grab one of the extras provided by the park.
Registration is recommended and costs $10 per person ($8 for park members). If you have any special needs, let the park know when you sign up so they can help make your experience comfortable.
