Music Under the Stars
Live music at the Toledo Zoo—concert and animals in one outing.
Music Under the Stars is a beloved summer tradition at the Toledo Zoo, featuring free outdoor concerts in the historic Amphitheatre. Each evening showcases a different regional band performing a variety of musical styles—from patriotic melodies and rock to jazz and symphonic performances. This is a wonderful way to enjoy live music while spending time at the Zoo with family and friends.
Gates open at 6 p.m., with performances beginning at 7:30 p.m. Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the evening. Admission to the concerts is completely free, and both the Anthony Wayne Trail and Broadway entrances will be open. Zoo members enjoy complimentary parking on concert nights, while non-members pay standard rates. Note that on July 26, there's a special "Christmas in July" component with additional performances and decorative lights in the Main Plaza from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
