GardenView U-Pick Flowers
Pick your own flowers at GardenView — a fun outdoor activity for all ages.
Spend a summer afternoon picking your own flowers at GardenView's U-Pick garden. When you arrive, you'll check in at the shop, grab clippers and a container filled with water, then head out into the fields to cut blooms. With more than 60 varieties planted—from zinnias and snapdragons to sunflowers and gladiolus—there's plenty to choose from. Fill your mason jar or purchase a vase on-site, then take your colorful bouquet home. The cost is $16 per person, and a complimentary bottle of water is included. Payment options include cash, check, Venmo, or credit card (with a 50-cent processing fee).
This activity welcomes visitors of all ages, making it a great outing for families. Children must be supervised by an adult, and leashed dogs are welcome too. The garden paths can be bumpy, so keep that in mind if you're bringing a stroller. Wear comfortable, casual clothes and old shoes since you'll be walking through sandy, possibly muddy garden beds. The flower selection changes throughout the season, so visiting multiple times gives you different bouquets each trip. The gardens also offer photo opportunities, including a special arch and morning glory canopy—perfect for capturing memories of your visit.
