Community Drum Circle

Gather with neighbors for an evening of rhythmic fun at Pura Vida Wellness Studio's monthly Drum Circle, happening on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Whether your child has been drumming for years or is picking up sticks for the first time, everyone is welcome to participate. Hosted by Music Therapist Lauren and Sound Artist Erika, this is a relaxed, inclusive experience focused on enjoying percussion together as a group. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own drum—or get creative with a pot, pan, bucket, or any percussion instrument on hand. The session lasts one hour and costs $10 per person, though it's free for studio members. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to connect with others through music and experience the joy of making rhythm as part of a community. It's the kind of activity where shy kids often surprise themselves with how much fun they have.
